*Tap room rental rates are dependent on day of the week and time of day.
- The Tap Room is a great spot to get your friends together for a large party of up to 120 people!

The Patio
*Great for catered mingle events, intimate dinner parties, baby showers, wedding receptions and rehearsals and sporting events.
- When combined with the Annex the two spaces are great for groups of up to 60 for a sit down dinner party or 75-80 for a cocktail and mingle party.

- All season patio with removable roof for warm sunny days.

- Comfortably seats 30-40 with ability to expand to 60. If you included the adjacent Annex Space.
